We seek passionate, inspirational, hands-on individuals for Pure’s fastest-growing, cutting-edge team—the Field Solutions Architecture Team. As an AI/HPC Consulting Field Solutions Architect, you will be a highly motivated technical sales resource providing guidance and enablement, focusing on unstructured data opportunities and partnerships across a sales region. You must understand the client’s overall business, how to position the value of a Pure Solution, and be an authority on its integration in various customer environments. Your role will be critical in aligning customer needs with our offerings in AI/ML workloads, GPU-accelerated computing, distributed systems, and advanced storage and networking solutions.

This role also involves ensuring Pure account teams effectively qualify and position AI/HPC opportunities and providing enablement internally and externally to our channel partners. The position requires cross-functional collaboration across Solutions, Marketing, Alliances, Engineering, Enablement, and Sales to align initiatives and go-to-market campaigns while maintaining technical expertise in new solutions.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE...

• Creating field-facing solutions content (Technical Walkthroughs, Deep Dives, Demos, Qualification Guides) for AI/HPC solutions.
• Delivering webinars and event presentations with internal teams, alliance partners, channel partners, and vendors.
• Participating in customer calls, demos, POCs, EBCs, internal strategy sessions, and other solution-focused activities.
• Staying updated on internal product advancements, solutions briefs, and formalizing enablement plans.
• Contributing to the solutions roadmap, providing field feedback, and discussing deal impacts with Solutions Architects and Product Management.
• Participating in field testing to document insights and bridge gaps between solutions and applications.
• Providing post-sales troubleshooting with expert knowledge.
• Partnering with Sales and System Engineering leaders for feedback and communication.
• Inspiring and motivating the field to adopt Pure Storage technology.
• Engaging cross-functionally with other GTM and corporate teams.
• Building internal relationships within Pure Storage.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Deep knowledge of AI/HPC integrations, AI/ML workloads, and frameworks.
• Strong technical expertise in Object/File Storage, NFS & SMB protocols, with industry vision.
• Understanding of NAS vendors and eco-system partners.
• 10+ years of pre-sales experience in IT across private and public sectors.
• Expertise in File use-cases, product solutions, and competitive technologies.
• Hands-on experience with PoCs and demonstrations.
• Understanding of infrastructure components underpinning high-performance environments.
• Reputation as a technical evangelist with deep expertise.
• Ability to articulate customer and solution strategies at a detailed technical level.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for teaching teams and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM, and opportunity management systems like Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills with complex engineering designs.
• Strong work ethic and follow-through.
• Publications and social media presence are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
