Job summary

KokoroLab seeks a Frontend Engineer to own the architecture, development, and optimization of its web interfaces, collaborating with designers and backend/ML engineers to deliver elegant, performant products. You’ll shape a modular component system and push for UI excellence across devices.

You’ll explore new frontend technologies and contribute to a design-forward, user-centered experience in a dynamic AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep experience with React / Vue / Next.js (React preferred).
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand).
• Experience with API integration and visualization (GraphQL / REST / Chart.js / D3.js).
• Understanding of build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, GitHub Actions).
• Strong attention to UI/UX quality and performance optimization;

Job description

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who combines solid engineering skills with a strong sense of design and user experience.

You’ll take ownership of the architecture, development, and optimization of KokoroLab’s web interfaces, working closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver elegant and performant products.

• Develop and maintain core frontend architecture and components;

• Collaborate with designers, backend and ML engineers to deliver seamless user experiences;

• Optimize UI performance across browsers and devices;

• Build and maintain a modular, scalable component system;

• Continuously explore new frontend technologies and propose improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript (ES6+);

• Deep experience with React / Vue / Next.js (React preferred);

• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand);

• Experience with API integration and visualization (GraphQL / REST / Chart.js / D3.js);

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-based platforms / creator tools / anime visual products;

• Bonus: full-stack experience (Node.js / Express / GraphQL);

• Aesthetic sensitivity and passion for crafting interactive, design-rich experiences.
