Job summary

ICON CONSULTING-GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI solutions with a strong focus on large language models. You will work with product, data and engineering teams to move models from prototype to production.

You will develop RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, and build APIs to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems. Strong Python skills and cloud deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or AI development experience.
• Strong Python skills and ML framework experience.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt tooling.
• Experience deploying models on cloud and using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Good communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based applications into production.
• Develop and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt workflows.
• Fine-tune and evaluate models for accuracy, latency, cost and safety.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
• Set up MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning and retraining.
• Prepare, clean and manage datasets for training and evaluation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Keep up with AI developments and recommend new tools and approaches.
