Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems powered by machine learning and LLMs, using Python and cloud platforms. You will design AI/ML solutions, build LLM pipelines, deploy APIs, and optimize performance across data pipelines and production environments, in collaboration with engineering and product teams.

The role emphasizes scalable applications, cloud deployment (AWS preferred), and ongoing monitoring of model outputs for quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML and LLM deployments.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience deploying APIs (FastAPI, Flask).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML and LLM-based solutions for real-world applications.
• Build and deploy LLM pipelines (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning where applicable).
• Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI models into applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including data preprocessing and ETL pipelines.
• Optimize model performance, cost, and latency for production use.
• Deploy AI solutions using cloud services (AWS serverless preferred).
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model outputs continuously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design).
