Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art AI models (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision, or Agentic AI) tailored for R&D initiatives.
• Transition experimental research papers into functional prototypes and eventually into robust, production-ready APIs.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows to enhance model performance.
• Work closely with Research Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate AI solutions into our core product architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Singapore’s AI governance frameworks (e.g., AI Verify) is a plus.
