Overview

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our Data & Digital team, driving automation and AI solutions across diverse business functions. You’ll work with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Python, Power Platform, generative and agentic AI tools, Copilot Studio, Databricks MLFlow, Delta Lake, and n8n to deliver impactful, scalable outcomes. In an Agile environment, you’ll design, develop, and deploy AI solutions aligned with best practices—contributing to innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Translate business needs into technical requirements, design and build AI models and agents, and collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver automation and AI use cases.
• Data Management: Prepare, cleanse, and manage datasets; build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and analytics in the Azure Cloud.
• Deployment & Integration: Develop and deploy AI/ML models as APIs or microservices; manage infrastructure using MLOps and DevOps practices; oversee authentication and access controls.
• AI Governance: Ensure responsible AI practices, promote fairness, and guide projects through their full lifecycle—from data preparation to production.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance model performance, ensure data quality, and stay current with emerging AI technologies.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, Databricks, ADF, LogicApps, Python, data modeling, and familiarity with LangChain, RAG, MCP, Swagger UI, and modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data processing, model evaluation, deployment, and microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Spring Boot).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, web technologies (Streamlit, React.js, HTML), and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab for version control.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate) is advantageous.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
