We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML algorithms and models to drive innovation and tackle complex business challenges. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in deploying and configuring cloud-based AI/ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML algorithms and models using state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies.
2. Conduct research and experiments to identify and implement the most suitable AI/ML approaches for various business use cases.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts, to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
4. Tune and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
5. Deploy and configure cloud-based AI/ML solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
6. Ensure the efficient integration of AI/ML models with existing systems and applications.
7. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI/ML solutions, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
9. Contribute to the development of frameworks, libraries, and tools to streamline AI/ML workflows.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong background in AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and methodologies, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
3. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
4. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and distributed computing frameworks.
5. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and experience in deploying and configuring AI/ML solutions.
6. Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
7. Experience of data privacy and security best practices, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
10. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
