Job Overview

As an AI Engineer , you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI-driven data analytics systems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build robust machine learning models, automate data workflows, and deliver intelligent insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Process and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Implement NLP, computer vision, or statistical modeling techniques to solve business problems.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and real-time processing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production (APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure).
• Research and apply the latest advancements in AI/ML, generative AI, and LLMs to improve product features.
• Communicate technical AI concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML engineering , with a strong focus on data analytics .
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Databricks) is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions .
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain), or deep learning .
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI with AI integrations).
• Background in software engineering (APIs, Docker, Kubernetes).
