As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Community & Social Engagement Executive to lead our brand presence, foster engagement, and build a thriving user community.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and integrate mature AI solutions from the market (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI) to enhance the intelligence of the company’s app, improving service efficiency and user experience.
2. Select and implement the appropriate AI APIs/models based on business requirements, optimizing applications in areas such as NLP, computer vision, and personalized recommendations.
3. Design and optimize AI-related application architectures, ensuring stability, real-time performance, and scalability.
4. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to evaluate the impact of AI solutions on business metrics and continuously optimize strategies.
5. Research new AI technologies and tools, driving the innovative application of AI in the product.
6. Collaborate closely with product, frontend, backend, and data teams to efficiently implement AI-powered features.
7. Participate in AI security and compliance assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, with 3+ years of AI application development experience.
2. Familiarity with mainstream AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Baidu AI, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence) and hands-on experience with API integration.
3. Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
4. Practical experience in at least one area, such as NLP, computer vision, speech recognition, or recommendation algorithms.
5. Experience in leveraging and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to optimize AI applications for specific business needs.
6. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to apply AI technologies to optimize key product metrics (e.g., user retention, conversion rates);
7. Solid system architecture thinking, able to collaborate with frontend and backend teams to implement AI solutions efficiently.
8. Passion for AI advancements and a keen interest in applying AI technology in commercial products.
9. Prior experience in deploying AI in ToC applications (e.g., intelligent customer service, content generation, personalized recommendations) is a plus.
