Responsibilities

Collaborate with heads of departments, COO and CEO to identify AI opportunities across the company.
Build and maintain automations and AI workflows with tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier.
Propose AI enablement across content, hiring, operations, finance, and customer workflows.
Audit processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-driven improvements.
Improve hiring pipelines, content workflows, reporting, and data processing with AI.
Prototype, test, and deploy new AI tools while staying on the cutting edge.
Create documentation, SOPs and training materials for teams.
Stay updated on AI developments and present actionable ideas.
Translate departmental challenges into actionable AI-powered solutions.
Develop internal tools and dashboards to enhance company operations.
