Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our core project team in Singapore. You’ll work on building the foundation of our AI platform, integrating large language models, designing AI workflows, and contributing to the platform’s intelligent capabilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for young engineers or fresh graduates eager to grow fast, take ownership, and share in the project’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the architecture and development of the AI platform (LLM integration, workflow design, RAG systems).


• Integrate and fine-tune large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.).


• Build AI APIs and plugin systems to support a developer ecosystem.


• Optimize model performance and ensure smooth user experience.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance stability and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.


• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).


• Understanding of LLM, LangChain, or RAG architectures.


• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.


• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin (for team collaboration).


• Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience (even internship or personal projects) in AI apps or platform development.


• Familiarity with backend/frontend development or AI product prototyping.
