You will study semiconductor assembly processes, apply experimental planning and statistical analysis, and identify opportunities to improve output, yield, and cost. Under guidance from senior engineers, you will develop proposals, use data analytics, and explore Generative AI and AI Assistant tools to enhance problem-solving workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing or related field.
• Basic knowledge of statistics, experimental planning or FMEA.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and communication.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly processes and identify factors affecting output and yield.
• Develop experimental plans and evaluate results using statistical analysis.
• Propose improvements and monitor effectiveness with defined indicators.
