You’ll lead campaigns from concept through delivery, coordinating teams, shaping narratives, and ensuring campaigns work across awareness, engagement, and conversion while staying brand-safe and human.

Qualifications

Strong ability to present and sell ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proven experience in production servicing / coordinating with follow-through.
A mindset blending creativity and operations from concept to delivery.
Comfort with AI tools and workflows to enhance production while keeping output human and brand-safe.

Responsibilities

Lead from the front with clients: present ideas, shape narratives, translate objectives into directions.
Own servicing end-to-end: coordinate schedules, manage deliverables, align internal teams, hit milestones.
Build video campaigns, not just shoots: plan across assets for cohesive multi-asset campaigns.
Collaborate with creative and production teams: drive scripts, storyboards, planning, and workflows.
Use AI strategically: ideation variations, editing support, content optimization with brand integrity.
