Job summary

Responsibilities

• Primarily focus on wafer matching including lot pairing and execution.
• Configure the bonding UI and track development lots, interpret outputs, and monitor wafer build and pairing.
• Apply AI-enabled methods to improve efficiency in wafer matching, lot tracking, and reporting.
• Assist PI Engineers to coordinate daily line issues and engineering submissions for analysis.
• Assist inline inspection and coordinate non-routine inspections on R&D experiments.
• Support process flow setup activities for production and the short loop flow.
• Extract and summarize data from SWR and Conversion experiments and make engineering recommendations.
• Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs for technology transfer and yield learning.
• Monitor key indices and trigger investigations when deviations occur.
