Job summary

UNLOCKLAND, Singapore-based AI technology company, is building an AI operating system for real estate development and urban planning. We seek an Urban Planner or Architect who combines domain knowledge with hands-on AI to turn real-world workflows into AI-powered features.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to design workflows for site analysis, feasibility, and early-stage design, using AI tools to prototype solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design or related Built Environment field.
• 2–6 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of planning, architecture, or real estate development workflows.
• Experience with master planning, feasibility studies, concept design or early-stage development is a strong advantage.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technology.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools.
• Experience with vibe coding, rapid prototyping or AI-assisted development is highly preferred.
• Able to communicate domain knowledge clearly to product and engineering teams.
• Singapore planning / Built Environment experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help design and improve AI workflows for site analysis, urban planning, development feasibility and early-stage design
• Turn real architecture and planning workflows into product features
• Review planning regulations, zoning, development controls, site constraints and building requirements
• Test AI-generated development analysis and identify where the product needs improvement
• Work directly with product designers and AI engineers to improve the user experience
• Use AI and vibe coding tools to rapidly prototype new features, workflows and internal tools
• Build simple prototypes yourself instead of relying on engineers for every idea
