Job summary

Accenture is seeking Consultants to support Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives. This role blends planning analysis, problem solving, and AI-enabled content creation to assist consulting teams in designing innovative planning solutions.

You will work across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes, conducting data analysis, gathering requirements, and developing client-ready deliverables. Collaboration with senior staff and workshops support are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1–4 years of consulting, analytics, business transformation, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using productivity and AI tools to create business content and insights.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly through presentations and written materials.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning transformation projects across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes.
• Perform data analysis, process assessments, and business requirements gathering.
• Develop presentations, deliverables, training materials, and solution documentation.
• Create, coordinate, and refine project content using AI-enabled tools and technologies.
• Conduct industry, technology, and market research to support project teams.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads on solution development.
• Support workshops and project management activities.
