Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking Consultants to support Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives. This role blends planning analysis, problem-solving, and AI-enabled content creation to help consulting teams design and deliver innovative planning solutions.

You will assist across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP, perform data analysis, develop presentations and training materials, and collaborate with senior staff to refine solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, analytics, or related field.
• 1–4 years in consulting, analytics, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning transformation projects across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes.


• Perform data analysis, process assessments, and business requirements gathering.


• Develop presentations, deliverables, training materials, and solution documentation.


• Create, coordinate, and refine project content using AI-enabled tools and technologies.


• Conduct industry, technology, and market research to support project teams.


• Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads on solution development.


• Support workshops and project management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.


• 1–4 years of consulting, analytics, business transformation, or relevant industry experience.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience using productivity and AI tools to create business content and insights.


• Ability to communicate ideas clearly through presentations and written materials.


• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.


• Demonstrated learning agility and interest in supply chain transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Supply Chain Planning concepts, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning.


• Experience with planning technologies, analytics platforms, or data visualization tools.


• Prior supply chain experience is advantageous but not required.
