Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI engineer to develop analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions addressing real-world business challenges.

You will design, deploy, and scale AI products using Agentic AI frameworks, build AI-powered agents from concept to production, and collaborate across teams on cloud-based applications. You will also contribute to scalable software across frontend/backend systems, improve development workflows, and engage in continuous learning to stay

Qualifications

• Experience in Agentic AI engineering or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with AI techniques and frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools and open-source libraries.
• Knowledge of database design and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with commercial AI/workflow/data platforms (e.g., Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with containerisation and automated build/test/deploy pipelines.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions to address business challenges and generate actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and implement AI products using Agentic AI frameworks for practical business use cases.
• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications from proof of concept to production.
• Develop software across frontend and backend, including cloud data architecture.
• Enhance workflows with automation, reusable components, tooling, and standardized practices.
• Perform functional and performance testing using various techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with technology teams on architecture and deployment of cloud-based agents.
• Analyze business requirements and propose tech solutions with Agile delivery.
• Support product lifecycle: roadmap, development, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
• Define non-functional requirements and evaluate database solutions per regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products and identify AI opportunities.
