Job summary

Singapore Exchange Limited is seeking Site Reliability Engineers who treat operations as a software problem. You will maintain healthy production systems and create automation, tooling, and agentic workflows to make operations boring and predictable in a regulated capital-markets environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering with a track record of replacing manual work with code.
• Strong programming ability in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, Rust).
• Experience orchestrating AI-driven ops workflows in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability (SLOs, capacity, incident response, postmortems) and convert incidents into durable fixes in code or automation.
• Build platform and tooling to simplify deployment, observation, and operation: CI/CD, IaC, observability stacks, runbooks-as-code.
• Apply AI agentically across operations (triage, root-cause analysis, remediation, change review) and contribute to internal agentic ecosystem.
• Design and integrate underlying systems: messaging (Kafka), orchestration (Kubernetes), and high-performance infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product engineers on release readiness, rollout strategy, and production hardening before shipping.
• Continuously reduce toil: measure, automate, and raise the floor for maintainability.
