Qualifications

Proven leadership in quality assurance across delivery and transformation programs.
Strong testing domain knowledge in insurance workflows and regulatory expectations.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled testing, automation frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end quality strategy across projects, enhancements, releases and production fixes.
Drive AI-led automation testing to improve coverage, speed and reliability.
Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Engineering and Vendors to clarify test requirements.
Promote testing for policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting and servicing.
Embed testing into CI/CD with DevOps and monitor quality metrics.
