The role requires a strong tech PM background and the ability to apply market and user insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement. Day-to-day work includes translating the platform roadmap into clear specs and user stories with acceptance criteria, providing technical requirements and workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing tech products from ideation to launch.
• Ability to operationalize an established product strategy and deliver improvements in fast-changing environments.
• Experience writing clear requirements (stories, acceptance criteria) and coordinating releases.
• Advanced certifications in product management or related fields are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate the platform roadmap into clear specs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
• Provide technical requirements and workflows (process/system flow diagrams, edge cases, states) to guide implementation.
• Facilitate discovery and clarification with IT, Compliance, and Investment teams; align priorities and remove blockers.
• Work hands-on with UI/UX designers: supply structured workflows, review designs for usability and compliance, and confirm wireframes and prototypes meet requirements.
• Support solution delivery by clarifying requirements, reviewing interim outputs, and validating functionality against business and design expectations.
• Coordinate release activities (release notes, training, change comms) as needed.
• Triage issues, elevate critical items to IT, and track SLAs to resolution post-launch.
