Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network that connects specialists with investors for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. We are seeking experienced multi-strategy analysts with 3+ years at hedge funds or asset managers to help train AI models on professional deck tasks.

The role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, remote work, ASAP start, and compensation at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (investment pitch decks, position reviews, portfolio reviews, theses memos with exhibits, LP letters).
• Collaborate with hedge fund/asset manager stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of materials.
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling and data presentation in every deck.
