Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a hands-on Designer for a client onsite role on a 1-year contract. You will take briefs from the Art Lead/Creative Director and execute static and motion assets across the full production pipeline, including copywriting and applying AI tools to speed up production.

The ideal candidate has a design degree or diploma and at least 1 year of experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Join a small, fast-moving team and work with weekends if required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 1 year of design experience; in-house or agency exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in modern design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from Art Lead/Creative Director and execute static and motion assets on time and to brand standard.
• Work across the full production pipeline — concepting, drafting, revisions and finishing.
• Draft and refine short-form copy that complements visual work in brand tone.
• Apply AI tools in day-to-day production to speed up workflows and drive efficiency.
• Present work-in-progress to the Art Lead and stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate within a small team and support teammates during crunch periods.
