Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an intern for AI-enabled High Bandwidth Memory sample planning and workflow optimization. You will map the end-to-end workflow, build predictive models for sample arrival and reliability start dates, and create dashboards to forecast capacity and execution risk.

You will collaborate with engineering, planning, operations, and IT to translate data insights into practical improvements, gaining hands-on experience in analytics and semiconductor operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data-analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, data analytics, and workforce optimization.

Responsibilities

• Map and document the end-to-end High Bandwidth Memory sample workflow across Die Bank, probe, test, shipment, and reliability operations.
• Develop predictive models for sample arrival and reliability start dates.
• Forecast burn-in capacity and resource demand to improve planning.
• Build Power BI or Tableau dashboards for work-in-progress tracking and risk monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
