Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. invites a high-potential intern to join the HIG PSE IE Management team in Singapore for Jan–May 2027.

You will work on AI-enabled sample planning, data analytics, and dashboard development to improve visibility across the end-to-end workflow from Die Bank to Reliability Lab. The role offers hands-on exposure to semiconductor planning, predictive analytics, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data-analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQL.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, sample logistics, workflow optimization, and BI.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end High Bandwidth Memory sample workflow from Die Bank to the Reliability Lab.
• Develop predictive models for sample arrival and reliability start dates.
• Forecast burn-in/resource demand to improve planning.
• Build Power BI or Tableau dashboards for WIP tracking and risk monitoring.
