Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing, growth, lifecycle/CRM, content, performance, or marketing operations.
• Comfort with technology: willing to learn tools, spreadsheets, platforms, and settings.
• Strong problem-solving ability: break down problems, test assumptions, debug.

Responsibilities

• Map marketing operations and data flows, identify automation opportunities.
• Design end-to-end automations and integrations via APIs, webhooks, and scheduled jobs.
• Own marketing data pipelines: ingest, clean, transform, validate, deduplicate.
