MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a software support professional to provide first-line troubleshooting for manufacturing software and to assist in deploying and maintaining system solutions used in Micron operations.

The role involves leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance usability, supporting databases, and collaborating with IT and engineering to drive efficiency, yield, and quality improvements across manufacturing teams in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for software-related issues in manufacturing operations.
• Assist in deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of system solutions for internal Micron apps and third-party vendor apps.
• Support operational needs to reduce manufacturing cost, cycle time, and improve product yield and quality.
• Explore opportunities to introduce AI-powered analytics and automation tools to improve efficiency through system solutions.
• Monitor application performance and user experience, escalating complex issues to engineers as needed.
• Assist in designing and maintaining user interfaces, leveraging AI-driven insights to facilitate accessibility and usage.
• Align to Micron enterprise systems to support software applications using approved languages, databases, and tools.
• Analyze gaps and proactively suggest measures to improve effectiveness of existing systems with AI tech awareness.
• Collaborate with business users, IT and engineering to define requirements, resolve issues, and support improvements.
• Coordinate and support health of databases, including basic backup and recovery tasks, and maintain documentation and procedures.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing, supporting peers and junior team members in troubleshooting and operational excellence.
