Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field and available for a full-time six-month internship.
• Exposure to Python, Power Platform, and SQL in practical settings.
• Interest in AI, manufacturing, operational excellence and business improvement.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites at Tuas Avenue 2 and work at Jurong East.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Teams or Microsoft 365 tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen project experience encouraged.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and RAG concepts.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop an AI solution on an approved enterprise platform.
• Build prompts, workflows and retrieval logic with traceable sources.
• Create safeguards and citations for quantitative outputs.
• Develop and maintain a structured test set for plant questions and access controls.
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations by plant/process.
• Create a reusable prompt library and knowledge management system.
• Conduct AI maturity assessments, pilots, and user training sessions.
