Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective stakeholder communication.
• Interest in Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Knowledge of workflow automation using Power Automate, Python, SQL; Power BI/Tableau is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze layout-planning workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop an AI-enabled automation solution for a defined planning workflow.
• Map planning processes and assess site readiness for tool installations.
• Document solutions and prepare user guidance and handover materials.
