Job summary

Univers, a global energy and technology platform, is seeking a visionary Architect Lead - Data & Knowledge Intelligence to shape the target-state architecture bridging IT, OT and IoT, turning raw sensor data into a semantically rich operational foundation.

You will own knowledge graph and semantic services, enable RAG and AI Agents with governance, and lead cross-regional architecture initiatives with a focus on security, data lineage, and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing service-oriented / microservice architectures.
• Deep expertise in semantic modeling and knowledge graph technologies.
• Hands-on with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Experience with OT/IT data integration in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication across executives and engineers.
• 10+ years in software design and development.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the Data & Knowledge Intelligence layer.
• Architect an ontology for physical assets, sensors, events, and relationships.
• Lead integration of OT systems and IoT protocols across edge, hybrid, and cloud.
• Design secure, permission-aware data retrieval for LLMs and AI workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across regions.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to solve pain points.
