Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent program planning, budgeting, risk management and governance skills.
• Executive-level communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-led transformation programs.
• Manage broadband transformation initiatives from inception to deployment and operational handover.
• Develop and execute program plans, schedules, governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met with in scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level communication mechanisms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Software, Data, AI/ML, Testing and Cloud.
