Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI integration in teaching and learning.
• Experience in higher education or lifelong learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate AI-enabled instructional materials and learning experiences.
• Lead and support the implementation of Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with academic staff, technologists, and SMEs to integrate AI-driven strategies into curriculum.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate AI-enhanced teaching effectiveness.
• Deliver training and workshops on AI for education and agentic learning.
