Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Product Integration Lead for the HBM Product Development Team.

You will align silicon-system requirements, drive development priorities, and manage changes to meet rapidly evolving customer demands with agility. You will collaborate across architecture, systems, packaging and quality teams, lead issue resolution, and apply AI to streamline workflows and data-driven decisions across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years in Product, Design, Process, Yield Enhancement, or related field.
• Experience with product development projects is preferred.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, C, VB.
• Tableau and PowerBI development experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration to drive technical issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical inputs and drive silicon-system alignment on requirements using SCD.
• Collaborate with HBM Architecture, Product and Systems Engineering to meet system requirements.
• Understand sample usage and gaps in capability, manage HBM sample delivery.
• Lead Triage Team for System/Chip interactions and coordinate mitigations.
• Manage Qualification Definition and Changes, drive Change Control Board for late/post changes.
• Communicate priorities within HBM Development to meet system specs.
• Apply AI to streamline workflows and enable data-driven decisions across projects.
