Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Singapore seeks an Engineer for PDE KEG to drive equipment evaluation, qualification, and integration of AI-enabled tools within manufacturing workflows. You will coordinate with EMI/TOR governance, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to mature packaging platforms.

You will contribute to capital planning, documentation, and site handover activities, supporting production with advanced packaging technology and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor in electrical & electronic, material, mechanical engineering, physics & applied physics or equivalent work experience required.
• 0-2 years’ experience in related semiconductor industry or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Evaluate and qualify new equipment platforms and handover to production.
• Maintain EMI & TOR matrices and liaise with suppliers and site owners.
• Plan capital requests and prepare purchasing specifications.
• Support equipment benchmarking and supplier engagement.
