Job summary

CAAS is seeking an officer to join the Ecosystem Development section under the Next Generation Programme Office in Singapore. The role supports strategic engineering development for next-generation Air Navigation Services systems and helps grow CAAS's long-term engineering capabilities.

You will work on engineering capability development, AI engineering tasks, and programme implementation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering or IT with relevant field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply if qualified.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into plans and proposals.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Capability Development for next-generation ANS systems.
• Develop and implement plans to build local engineering capabilities.
• Identify emerging technologies and capability needs.
• Contribute to AI engineering work including knowledge graphs and model training.
• Apply AI/digital engineering tools to requirements analysis, testing and decision support.
• Coordinate deployment of CAAS engineers and partners within programmes.
• Track progress with stakeholders and resolve implementation issues.
• Maintain integrated plans and provide senior management updates.
• Engage internal stakeholders, industry partners and research orgs.
• Facilitate collaboration across CAAS divisions and external stakeholders.
