Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design or relevant creative experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiar with social media content creation and basic video editing.
• Comfortable using AI tools in everyday creative workflows.
• Good understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency.
• Independent, resourceful and proactive, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, product launches and marketing collaterals.
• Brand Consistency: Reference brand guidelines and assets to ensure quality and consistency.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging social content including static posts, carousels, Reels and short-form videos.
• AI & Productivity: Use AI tools to ideate, explore visuals and improve workflows.
• Creative Judgement: Identify design flaws and AI-generated inaccuracies to improve quality.
• Creative Execution: Manage briefs independently, research solutions and meet deadlines with the team.
