Micron Singapore is offering a full-time internship on the AI-Enabled CMP Equipment Health & Breakage Risk Prediction Dashboard. You will analyze historical data, build predictive analytics, and design interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor equipment health and risk indicators.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related discipline.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python/SQL; familiarity with Power BI.
  • Understanding of statistics or ML concepts is desirable.
  • Experience with large datasets and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills; eagerness to learn AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data exploration and predictive analytics for CMP equipment data.
  • Develop AI-enabled dashboards to monitor equipment health and risk indicators.
  • Create interactive Power BI visualizations of health, trends and breakage risk.
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand real-world performance challenges.
