Job summary

Micron Singapore in the Process Equipment Engineering department is offering a full-time internship focused on building an AI-enabled dashboard for CMP tool health and breakage risk prediction. You will work with data from CMP equipment and fab processes to identify early indicators and support proactive maintenance.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI, develop a risk index, and create interactive visualizations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Computer Science or Data Science.
• Strong analytical thinker with interest in AI/ML concepts.
• Basic programming and data handling skills.
• Willingness to learn AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical CMP equipment and manufacturing data.
• Correlate indicators with wafer breakage and yield excursions.
• Develop AI-based risk scoring model.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize health and risk trends.
• Explore Generative AI for automated reporting.
