Job summary

AMD Singapore invites students to join as an AI-Driven BOM Internship, gaining hands-on experience in automating BOM management for MPU and GPU lines while supporting Server, Client, Desktop, and Data Center products.

You will build AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and RPA, collaborate across Product Engineering, Design, Packaging, and Supply Chain, and learn data governance and lifecycle management under mentors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science or computer science.
• Strong coding and data processing skills in Python/SQL.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Collaborative, proactive, and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven BOM automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product lines.
• Design Internal Copilot PDM agent integrating PLM requests and BOM dashboards.
• Support BOM creation and release activities.
