What we are looking for:

As an AI Developer, you will develop and maintain AI and machine learning models using Python. You will work with various libraries and frameworks to build scalable AI solutions. While our immediate need is for a backend specialist with AI expertise, we are open to expanding into front-end development in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain AI and machine learning models using Python.
• Create and maintain AI bots based on custom/application APIs.
• Implement data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI applications and models.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.
• Stay updated with AI and machine learning advancements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, especially in building LLM-powered applications in production.
• Knowledge of Python backend frameworks like Django (preferably), Flask, FastAPI.
• Understanding of LLM internals and ecosystem (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, open-source).
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and DevOps.
• Strong experience with NumPy and Pandas.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Langchain.
• Knowledge of ReactJS (Next.js, TypeScript).
• AWS deployment experience (EC2, S3).
• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in financial and real estate financial applications.
