Job summary

ByteDance's Seed team in Singapore is seeking an AI Data & Safety External Partnership Development professional. You will collaborate with model training teams to define data needs, source high-quality suppliers, and lead end-to-end onboarding and delivery.

Responsibilities include market analysis, contract negotiations, and building lasting supplier relationships to support rapid model iteration across Seed foundation models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, AI, CS, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of AI data services, data sourcing, supplier management, or business development experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to conduct market research.
• Proven supplier sourcing and channel development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management capabilities for supplier onboarding and delivery processes.
• Agile, detail-oriented, execution-focused with ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI model training teams to understand data needs and translate into data resource strategies.
• Identify and engage data suppliers; evaluate and onboard suppliers.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to support decision-making in data procurement.
• Manage end-to-end supplier engagements including contracts and terms.
• Coordinate supplier delivery across projects ensuring timely, high-quality data.
• Develop long-term supplier relationships and improve performance via analytics.
