Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with containers and deployment fundamentals (Docker; Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps/GenAI tools and GenAI-oriented projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI, ML, and LLM-based tools to solve real-world operational and reliability challenges.
• Identify, prototype, and validate AI-driven improvements with clear metrics.
• Operationalise AI use cases into scalable, maintainable production capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Document solutions, trade-offs, and lessons learned for reuse by teams.
