Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and orchestration pipelines for SOC operations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automation and AI services deployment.
• Develop custom automation solutions using Python scripts and shell scripts.
• Deliver automation infrastructure across internet, intranet, and local environments.
• Support automation across operations including AI call centre workflows.
• Provide integration frameworks for operational requirements.
