Job summary

LINKCIRCLE SINGAPORE PTE LTD invites applications for an AI & Cybersecurity Intern based in One-North, Singapore. You will support AI and cybersecurity initiatives, participate in ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS) and ISO/IEC 42001 (AIMS) workstreams, and help govern AI infrastructure and policies.

You will document systems, assist with risk assessments, and communicate with Chinese-speaking technical teams while learning rapidly in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• CS/AI/Cybersecurity/IT or related background.
• Basic knowledge of AI/LLMs, APIs, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Fluent Chinese and English.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Comfortable with policies, spreadsheets, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO policies, procedures, registers, records, and audit evidence.
• Assist with risk assessments, control implementation, internal reviews, and ISO audits.
• Understand and document AI systems, APIs, servers, databases, and access controls.
• Identify cybersecurity risks and recommend controls.
• Support AI governance covering systems, data, risks, suppliers, and lifecycle processes.
• Test and review internal AI applications and infrastructure.
• Research cybersecurity, AI governance, ISO requirements, and relevant technologies.
• Communicate with Chinese-speaking technical teams and stakeholders.

Role Focus

• Support AI and cybersecurity initiatives
