Job summary

Innovatiana SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on content/marketing professional to write, publish and measure output for AI data products. You’ll own day-to-day content work, publish on blog and LinkedIn, and track results with limited supervision.

The role offers 28 hours per week for 3 months, with flexible scheduling and strong mentorship from the founding team. A doer mindset and curiosity about AI will help you succeed in this fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content or communications: agency, startup, freelance or in-house experience all count
• Excellent written English: you can take a technical topic and turn it into clear, engaging content
• Hands‑on experience with content creation and LinkedIn
• Basic SEO knowledge and the ability to apply it independently
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Able to work independently and deliver without constant supervision
• Organised and reliable: you can manage a content calendar and meet deadlines
• Available 28 hours a week for the full 3 months
• Candidates must already have the right to work in Singapore for the full contract period. No visa sponsorship or visa change will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish quality blog articles on AI, data annotation, dataset quality, LLM training and responsible AI
• Build and own a 3-month editorial calendar aligned with our services and platform
• Apply SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking, meta content
• Repurpose existing material — case studies, glossary, product pages — into new formats
• Help plan and manage LinkedIn content: topics, formats and posting schedule
• Draft posts for the company page and support founder and leadership personal branding
• Grow engagement with our audience — AI engineers, data scientists, ML leads, product and compliance teams
• Build a lightweight process the team can keep running after the contract ends
• Help improve the messaging around our annotation services and dataset platform:value propositions, use cases, differentiators
• Produce supporting assets — landing page copy, one-pagers, case studies, newsletter
• Track performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, leads) and report what's working
