Responsibilities
- Development Strategist to Go onsite and meet with customers across APAC and NA region and analysts to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
- Develop and refine input and output prompts using OpenAI tools to generate precise and detail-oriented client-ready documents.
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows in Palantir Foundry
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into the Foundry platform
- Develop and maintain Ontologies and data models to support operational and analytical use cases.
- Train AI models by integrating and processing large datasets, including Excel files, to enhance their performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design strategy recommendations and create efficient workflows for delivering high-quality presentations.
- Modify and optimize outputs from ChatGPT to meet client requirements within tight timeframes.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive client data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize cloud technologies and advanced business process methodologies to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prompt engineering and AI model performance.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and security protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on advanced AI prompt engineering practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize AI solutions accordingly.
- Proven experience in prompt engineering and working with OpenAI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Strong proficiency in managing and processing large datasets, particularly in Excel.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in business processes.
- Familiarity with advanced AI security protocols and practices.
Skills Required
- 10 Plus of IT Industry experience with the following skills
- Mandatory : Willing to Travel across ASIA and NA, this role requires 60% of Travel to meet customers.
- Strong programming background with SQL and Python.
- Mandatory : Experience in data engineering, ETL, and data modeling.
- Mandatory : 1 Year Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (pipelines, ontology, data integration).
- 3+ years shipping production backend/distributed systems at a product company (or 2+ with exceptional trajectory and ownership).
- Fluency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, comfortable with async workers, queues, and clean API design (REST/gRPC).
- Comfortable integrating graphs into LLM reasoning chains (e.g. GraphRag)
- Hands on experience with one of AWS/GCP/Azure + IaC, containers/orchestration
- Practical LLM integration: You can reason deeply about latency, cost, safety, and determinism
- Observability first: logs, traces, metrics—you’ve instrumented end‑to‑end (e.g., OpenTelemetry) and owned SLOs/alerting.
- Security mindset: least‑privilege access, sensible secrets management, and privacy by default.
- Communicate clearly, document decisions (ADRs welcome), and raise the engineering bar through reviews and mentorship.
- Banking project experience in investment banking is a huge plus.
