Job summary

KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a highly motivated Full-Stack Engineer to drive AI-powered platforms, integrating Generative AI into enterprise apps and designing AI-driven workflows.

You will build scalable backend services, craft user-friendly frontends with TypeScript/Next.js, and own cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating with Architects and Product teams, you will deliver robust, compliant, and scalable solutions while advancing DevOps practices and engineering

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, with experience in designing conversational agents or AI-augmented workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python, building production-grade APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• Frontend development skills with TypeScript and Next.js, building reusable components (ShadCN/UI, Tailwind CSS).
• Proficiency with Terraform and cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP).

We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and hands‑on integration of Generative AI technologies. Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating Generative AI into enterprise applications, helping to design AI‑powered workflows, and enabling intelligent knowledge retrieval systems. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to bring AI‑driven solutions into production and ensure they deliver real business value.

You will contribute to the development of scalable backend services, ensuring that applications are secure, efficient, and maintainable. On the frontend, you will help create user‑friendly interfaces that deliver a seamless experience, working closely with designers and product teams to translate requirements into polished solutions.

Beyond application development, you will take ownership of cloud deployment and infrastructure. This will include defining infrastructure‑as‑code, setting up automation pipelines, and ensuring that solutions are built to be robust, compliant, and scalable. You will help embed DevOps best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's engineering processes.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions, and share your knowledge to uplift the capability of the wider group.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, is important, along with experience in designing conversational agents or AI‑augmented workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python is required, particularly in building production‑grade APIs and services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• You should also bring a solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• You will also need strong frontend development skills with TypeScript and Next.js, as well as the ability to build clean, reusable components using ShadCN/UI and Tailwind CSS.
• On the infrastructure side, proficiency with Terraform is essential, alongside experience working with cloud environments such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• A good understanding of networking, security, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent), and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) will be important in enabling smooth deployments and scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with authentication and identity management tools, such as Auth0 or Azure AD, will be an advantage. Additionally, exposure to multi‑agent AI systems or advanced orchestration frameworks will be beneficial.
