Business Development Lead – AI Services

This is a greenfield opportunity to establish and grow a new business line with AI at its core. We are seeking a Business Development Lead who will act as a door opener for strategic partnerships, build meaningful relationships with customers and partners, and serve as the face of our AI business in the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Alliance Development
- Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships across the AI and technology ecosystem. Recruit and onboard new channel partners across the region to drive GenAI solution sales.
- Build and execute joint business plans with partners, including executive interlocks, enablement, certification, marketing, and solution development.
- Co-develop revenue targets with strategic partners and track their performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for GenAI sales motions with key partners.
Business Development & Sales Enablement
- Support joint sales pursuits and co-create opportunities with partners and internal sales teams.
- Build and manage a partner pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and accurate forecasting.
- Enable partners with training, tools, and collateral to position and sell GenAI use cases (e.g., chatbots, RAG, embedding models, AI agents, automation).
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, representing the company’s full AI services portfolio.
Strategic Leadership & GTM Execution
- Contribute to shaping the company’s strategic direction as we transition into a global AI Enterprise.
- Execute joint GTM activities including campaigns, webinars, workshops, and marketplace promotions.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development activities with organizational priorities.
- Conduct weekly cadence reviews with stakeholders to track progress on deliverables, opportunities, and partnerships.
Relationship & Market Engagement
- Be the face of the company’s AI business, fostering long-term relationships with customers, partners, and ecosystem players.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and customer engagements.
- Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams to refine offerings, messaging, and partner positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in the technology sector, with a strong track record in business development, alliances, or partnerships.
- Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML services, MLOps, cloud, high-performance compute ecosystems, and GenAI use cases.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities; proven capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in building partnerships and channels from the ground up and exceeding performance objectives.
- Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, enable sales teams, and drive joint business outcomes.
