Job summary

A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a backend engineer to build and scale AI-enabled services in Go. You will integrate multiple AI providers, design adapters, and implement robust workflows for model calls, status tracking and retries.

Responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs, SSE streaming, and ensuring secure, reliable data flows with MySQL/PostgreSQL. Fresh graduates with relevant projects are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 1-5 years backend development experience; fresh grads considered.
• Proficient in Go with Goroutines, Channels, Context, HTTP, JSON.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL; Redis or queues a plus.
• Read third-party API docs and implement integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong interest in AI/LLM/AIGC; project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI backend services using Go.
• Integrate AI providers including LLMs and media generation.
• Build provider adapters and unified interfaces.
• Create AI workflows: task creation, model calls, polling, retries.
• Develop RESTful APIs and SSE streaming features.
• Support model configuration, routing, and channel management.
• Integrate AI generation with projects, media libraries, and billing modules.
• Write tests and improve logging and error handling.
