Job summary

Qualifications

Qualification in IT/CS/Engineering/Data Analytics/AI or related field.
Interest in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and AI technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) is required.
Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI application development is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Support the department's administrative, operational, and project coordination functions.
Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency through process optimisation, automation, digitalisation, and Agentic AI.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain workflow automation, AI-driven solutions, business applications, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technology solutions, and deliver digital transformation initiatives from concept to implementation.
Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation, and training materials to support sustainable process excellence.
Provide user support, troubleshoot deployed solutions, and ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of projects.
Contribute to curriculum development and student learning outcomes in automation, process excellence, and AI.
